A: group class could not be deleyed or rescheduled because of the absence of one student. It will continue as scheduled without any interruption unless all the students have agreed on the change. So

So if the student misses one class, he/she has to make up for it after class or take some extra private lessons. If the students stops for some reason in the middle of a class, we could keep the remaining hours until he/she comes back and join another group with the similar level.
For private class students could cancel or reschedule the class as long as he/she informs us one day before. If the student is away for a long time, we will keep the hours until he/she comes back, but the tuition could not be refunded. The student could also transfer the remaining hours to friends. If the student is away for over three weeks, it is possible that we change teachers.
