A: There are about 100 teachers at our school. They major in Teaching Chinese as Second Languge, Chinese literature or linguistics, and have been through the training programm at The Bridge School. 30% of them have master's degree. Different teachers might have different teaching style and strength, we will arrange teacher according to students' levels and preference.

We attach great importance to the teachers' training programm. The teachers are devided into several groups. Each group will hold several seminars every month to discuss teaching methods and style or invite the experienced teacher to give a lecture.
