Every newcomer to our teaching staff has to receive at least two month months of training regardless of his or her previous experience. Our experts trains them in a hand-on way: the new teachers teach real foreign students who are invited by the school and supervised by experts who will help correct and train the teachers. In this way, our teaching method is unified. The whole process of training is filmed and all the teachers watch the videotapes.
