Test and course design |
| |
Before the class, we will test the students to determine their level and arrange classes according to their requirements, for high level students, the teaching supervisor will give them a test to find out what their strengths and weaknesses are and their design a comprehensive course schedule. This will help them learn Chinese quickly and effectively. |

Customer Service |
| |
The student will receive a customer service call after they have had Chinese classes at the BridgeSchool for two or three weeks. If the student is not satisfied with his/her teacher, or have some suggestions for our school, we will pass the information to the supervisor to guarantee the quality of our instruction or change the teacher for the student. |

Teaching Evaluations |

We have an evaluation system. We ask group-class students to complete an evaluation form each month, and private students hand in an evaluation form after each level. According to the students¡¯ suggestions and advice we will make adjustments, so that we can improve our teaching quality. |

Supervising Classes |
| |
In order to improve the teaching quality, our supervisor will sometimes come to the classroom to listen to and video record your lessons (just the teacher).¡£After the class, the supervisor will talk to the teacher and give suggestions, and solve problems existing in the class. The teachers get together to watch their video and discuss how these classes are taught. |

Examinations |

In order to guarantee the teaching quality of The Bridge School, students will have an exam when they finish each level. The exam consists of written and oral sections. Students can receive a certificate after they pass the exam. |
