Terms and Conditions:
Enrollment Form For Group (Form 2, Feb.18-2004)

1.Payment:
Total tuition will be paid before attending class. It is non-refundable.

2. The student¡¯s rules:
a.Group lessons cannot be turned into private lessons.

b.Once you decide on a class, you should attend all class and try to parcipate fully.

c.There is a ten-minute tea break during classes.

d.Throughout the term, we reserve the right to add students to a class. However, the class size will not exceed ten students.

3. Teacher¡¯s rules:
a.Other teachers may on occasion attend the class. This is in order to monitor the class and maintain a high standard. Also, teachers may listen to the class using a monitoring device.

b.The teacher can leave after 30 minutes if the student has not arrived without 24 hour prior notice, and the student has to pay for the missed class.

c.The Bridge School reserves the right to change the teacher in case of illness or any other pressing reason.

4. Missed classes- catch up:
The occasional missed class cannot be made up at the end of the course. If you have to frequently miss class, there are three ways to catch up:
¢Ù If the student is in group class, this person should not ask for the missed content during class, but needs to catch up either with private class or by him/her self.

¢Ú For level 1, if there is a class of the same level, the student may attend free of charge.

¢Û Given 24 hour prior notice, the student may complete the balance of the entitled hours later if the student will be absent for several weeks, and the student can attend in another class of approximately the same level.
If there isn¡¯t a class of exactly the same level, the student can employ a private tutor to catch up.

5.Holidays:
No classes are held during official Chinese public holidays (International Labor Day, National Day, Spring Festival) and Christmas. They will be made up during the weekend.
